The idea behind IT-c emerged at the beginning of 2018. Our hometown is Budapest and experiencing the negative effects of crammed traffic is an every-day ordeal. We noticed how much time is wasted while sitting in the traffic jam, and how much we are loading the environment by not being able to commute fluently. The increasing urbanisation and the new smart mobility technologies (self-driving cars) suggest that the demand for better traffic systems is getting higher, because current traffic lights switching solutions can’t serve as a basis for these changes. That is the reason why we decided to create an automatic flexible decision making software, that is specifically designed to face present-day traffic problems.
